WYOMING ACCIDENT REPORTS

Wyoming Police Reports: To obtain a copy of an Investigator’s Crash Report, contact Accident Records at the Wyoming Department of Transportation.

DMV: If a car accident results in injury, death, or $1,000 or more in property damage, contact the police and file an Owner/Operator’s Traffic Crash Report with the Wyoming Department of Transportation within 10 days of the accident. You must file an Owner/Operator’s Traffic Crash Report even if the police file a car accident report.
