I often deal with alimony issues, as well as Qualified Domestic Relations Orders for dividing pensions or other retirement plans. I can handle all those items, and more, for you.
Child Custody, Support, Adoption Child custody disputes happen both in and out of divorces. A full knowledge of the statutes, court rules, and appellate court decisions is necessary to properly handle these matters; and I have it and keep updated. Child support is mainly a mathematical calculation, but there a number of variations; and it is much more complicated than it used to be. I am well-versed in the issues.
