Thomas J. Scully is a resident of Schererville Indiana, and graduated from Rutgers Law school in 1973. He has represented Social Security claimants since 1984, and engaged in the general practice of law eventually narrowing his practice down to disability law. He has handled thousands of cases representing the disabled, from the initial application through federal court appeals. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Illinois, and Pennsylvania, and is admitted to the Federal Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Eastern Illinois, and to the Supreme Courts of Indiana, Illinois and Pennsylvania as well as the United States Supreme Court.
