Jay Tidwell received his undergraduate degree at AuburnUniversity, where he graduated with honors with a B.A. in political science and law. After receiving his M.B.A. at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Mr. Tidwell graduated cum laude from Cumberland School of Law, SamfordUniversity with a J.D. He is licensed to practice law in all Alabama State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Alabama.

Mr. Tidwell is committed to excellence in his practice and service to his clients. He practices in all state district and circuit courts and federal courts in Alabama. His civil trial practice focuses on personal injury, including auto accidents, trucking accidents and construction accidents; wrongful death, worker’s compensation, and products liability. He provides significant counsel to construction companies, homeowners, and contractors. He also serves businesses in the area of corporate formation, contracts, and litigation.
