Robert Louis Gigliotti was born in Brooklyn, New York on April 16, 1959. Mr. Gigliotti received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University in 1986, and was a recipient of a Lewis A. Kingsley Scholarship. Mr. Gigliotti studied law at the University of La Verne, College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 1990.

Mr. Gigliotti 's primary area of practice is family law. Mr. Gigliotti is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and their family law sections and the Italian-American Bar Association.

Mr. Gigliotti has performed many hours of pro bono service for the Los Angeles Superior Court - Central and Northwest Districts - as a Family Law Mediator (1994-Present).

Mr. Gigliotti currently receives appointments by the Los Angeles Superior Court as Minor's Counsel in complex child custody and visitation cases .
