Bert W. Struck has been representing plaintiffs and defendants
in Personal Injury cases for almost 20 years.

Prior to starting his own law firm in March of 2006, Mr. Struck
was a founding partner in the law firm of Sullivan, Struck &
Ballog, LLP, (2002 to 2006). Prior to becoming a partner he held
associate attorney positions with the firms of Beam, Brobeck,
West & Sullivan; Stafford & Hall and in house counsel for 20th
Century Insurance Company. Clerking positions included work at
the National Labor Relations Board (Los Angeles), Southern
California Edison Company and the law firm of Borton, Petrini &
Conron.
