About the Attorney :Elliot S. Schlissel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1972. Thereafter, he attended both Hofstra Law School and the State University of New York Law School at Buffalo, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1975. He also studied international protection of human rights at the Counsel of Europe in Strasbourg, France.
