In his 15 years of practice, Mr. Grass has developed the ability to evaluate cases quickly, determine the proper strategy for resolving those cases, and understand the problems his clients are facing.
Jeff Grass is one of the pioneers in the field of peer review and medical licensure defense. Starting in the late 1990s, Mr. Grass and a handful of other lawyers began to evaluate the laws regarding medical care and licensure, including the Health Care Quality Improvement Act.
He was one of the first to represent physicians and healthcare practitioners in relation to Healthcare Quality Improvement Act (HCQIA) in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is currently working with several associations of doctors and lawyers to change or eliminate certain provisions of the HCQIA and the wrongful treatment of healthcare practitioners.
