Ms. Breslow received her B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and her J.D from Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ. While attending Rutgers Law, she did extensive clinical work on both the Innocence Project and Constitutional Litigation Clinic. Ms. Breslow held a clerkship for the Honorable Donald J. Volkert, Jr., who is currently the Assignment Judge for Passaic County. Following Ms. Breslow's clerkship, she was as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender in Union County. Years later, she was reassigned to a trial court in Monmouth County.

Ms. Breslow moved to the private sector where she has been able to continue fighting hard for her clients. She has represented hundreds of clients in pre-indictment court (PIP court). In this court, she has negotiated numerous favorable plea deals, before the cases have reached the indictment phase. This saves time and money due to lower fines and probationary periods. Cases need to be thoroughly reviewed before a decision is made to negotiate an early plea deal. Ms. Breslow has also done extensive work in Juvenile Court where she's tried numerous cases. She has experience with juvenile diversionary programs and has much familiarity with the juvenile court system.
