She also represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries of ongoing trusts. Additionally, she represents clients in all types of probate matters, including probate litigation. She is also seasoned in preparing corporate agreements, forming and incorporating new companies and handling all aspects of residential real estate purchase and sale transactions.
