Zachary K. Rosenberg

Zachary K. Rosenberg is an associate attorney in the firms Florida office. Mr. Rosenberg received his undergraduate degree in political science from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2005. Upon graduation, Mr. Rosenberg attended Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center and received his law degree in May 2008. While at Nova, Mr. Rosenberg was involved with the Guardian ad Litem program where he advocated on behalf of Florida's abused and neglected children. Mr. Rosenberg also cultivated his passion for the law and community by participating in the Street Law program through Georgetown University's Law Center. Under this program, Mr. Rosenberg mentored students by bringing the study of law, democracy, and human rights into the classroom at Cypress Bay High School in Weston, Florida. After receiving his law degree, Mr. Rosenberg joined the firm of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. as an associate, where he focused on plaintiff's personal injury accidents. Mr. Rosenberg was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of 2008, and gained admission to the New York Bar in 2009.

Javier Finley

Javier A. Finlay is an associate attorney with the firm. Javier joined Wattel and York to stand up for the rights of those injured by the carelessness of others. Javier has a passion for trial work and is proud to litigate cases on behalf of those who have lost a loved one or have been injured. Javier received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he graduated cum laude. Following graduation from law school, Javier successfully passed the Florida Bar exam. Immediately after law school, Javier worked as a law clerk for a large personal injury firm where he gained extensive experience litigating cases and preparing cases for trial. When Javier is not litigating on behalf of his clients, he enjoys playing basketball, traveling and spending time with his family. Javier is a member of the State Bar of Florida, the American Bar Association, and Cuban American Bar Association.

David E. Wattel

David Wattel is a founding member of the law firm of Wattel & York. He has devoted 20 years of law practice to representing those injured at the hands of others. Michael L. York

Michael York is a founding member of the law firm of Wattel & York. He has been representing clients in the field of personal injury, property damage, and insurance coverage litigation for 16 years. Mr. York has represented plaintiffs in thousands of personal injury cases since the early 1990's. He has successfully briefed and argued numerous published Arizona Appellate cases involving insurance coverage and personal injury law issues. Mr. York's entire career has been devoted to the practice of personal injury, property damage, and insurance issues.
