The Law Office of Jennifer Zide is a practice which is solely devoted to giving you the best defense possible and protecting your rights when you are charged with a crime. ABOUT ME

A native Californian, Jennifer Zide grew up at Lake Tahoe. She received her B.A. from New York University and her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California, admitted to practice in all courts in the state. She is also a member of the California Public Defender’s Association and the Ventura County Criminal Defense Bar.

Jennifer Zide has extensive experience representing clients who are facing a wide range of misdemeanor offenses, from driving under the influence to drug offenses, domestic violence, thefts and violent crimes, at all stages of their cases. As a deputy public defender in Mendocino County, Ms. Zide was awarded the “Fly in the Ointment” award for vigorous advocacy by the Mendocino County Criminal Defense Bar Assn. Ms. Zide has trial experience, including felony trial experience, in cases ranging from driving under the influence to drug possession to domestic violence, and a 75% win rate at trial.

Jennifer Zide is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Young Democrats of Ventura County, and Sierra Club California, an organization that lobbies for legislation to protect our environment.
