About the Attorney :My name is Charles C. Hart II and I have worked and trained as a criminal defense attorney. I went to the University of Florida College of Law graduating cum laude. At the University of Florida, I was a research fellow at the International Financial Crimes Institute. While in school, I worked as an intern at both the State Attorney's Office and the Public Defender. After graduating from the University of Florida College of Law, I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and have worked in criminal law ever since I was admitted to the Bar. I have tried 18 jury trials and 5 bench trials. While an Assistant State Attorney, I was ranked as one of the best researchers in my division. In 10 months on two aggressive trial dockets, I never lost a motion hearing.
