Review of Jennifer Jakob
We met with Ms. Jakob several months ago to discuss her representation in a lease dispute. She felt she could help us out to come to a fair settlement with our previous landlord. After reviewing our case, she contacted the landlord's attorney with an offer to settle, which was accepted, and much better than they had previously demanded. We have come to an agreement that is mutually acceptable with terms that are within out financial limits. We are very pleased with Ms. Jakob, and would definitely use her again. She made sure to update us regularly during negotiations, gave us advice on what we could request and ideas for an offer, and helped us every step of the way. I was looking for a lawyer who was honest and trustworthy, not someone who was out to screw the opposing side. I was pleased ith her negotiations on outr part, and her ability to protect our interests.
