Steven H. Osber is a Partner with the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. He is an experienced trial attorney, having tried approximately 50 jury and non jury trials, in both State and Federal Court, the majority of which he acted as the first chair attorney, and also participated in a significant number of binding arbitration. He has also drafted appellate briefs and participated in oral argument of appeals.

His practice focuses primarily in the area of complex and general commercial and business litigation, including partnership/shareholder disputes, commercial eviction matters, real estate litigation, and construction litigation. Additionally he has represented bars, restaurants and nightclubs for "self insured events" and conducted risk management seminars for these entities as well. In addition to his focus as a commercial litigator, Steve has also been asked to assist in trial in various types of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and the like, due to his trial experience.

Mr. Osber graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science
