Information about the firm
Why would someone hire you over another attorney in your area?
I help clients and their brokers successfully negotiate and close real estate transactions with a minimum of stress, pain and anxiety. I recognize that every client considers his or her transaction for the purchase, sale or financing of real estate to be of the utmost importance. Therefore, I personally handle every step of the process. By providing prompt service, sound advice and attention to detail, I make sure that every transaction is brought to a smooth and timely closing. My lines of communication are open to my clients at all times. I provide clients with my cell and home phone numbers so they can always reach me when they need to. And I am happy to meet with clients in the evening or on the weekend if that is most convienent to them.I have over thirty years of experience in law practice in Fairfield County, Connecticut. My practice areas include all types of real estate transactions; condominium law; business law; construction law; Wills, trusts and probate.
What do you like best about practicing law?
For me, the greatest thing about practicing law is helping my clients achieve their objective. I absolutely enjoy my work the most when my client is satisfied that they received the highest quality representation at a fair and reasonable price.
