Testimonials

"I was completely at the end of my rope and locked in a battle with the Executor of my mother's will when I was referred to Brad Micklin. Within six months Brad was able to resolve a conflict that four other attorneys could not accomplish in seven years!  And I won the case. Brad is not only efficient, but he is also responsive, patient and compassionate. I am so grateful to Brad and his dedicated staff; they are all phenomenal.”

Verdicts & Settlements

Client: Alimony case

Client Project: The client was concerned that his ex-wife was planning to seek to extend limited duration alimony to a permanent alimony award based upon a bogus medical condition.

Approach: We filed to increase the amount of child support the client was paying so that we could return to court immediately for a positive reason since we were seeking to increase the child support the client was paying and eliminate the ex-wife's ability to foster a false medical claim.

Solution: The ex-wife was required to raise the fact that she intended to seek an increase in alimony but was forced to concede that she had no medical information to support the claim.
