What happens if I received 2 moving violations in 1month?

Question Details:I got a speeding ticket 3 weeks ago. I signed up for driver safety class to avoid the ticket going on my record. Last night I received a moving violation for an improper turn. What will happen and what can I do? Do I fight the second ticket in court? Will the driving class be void because of the second ticket?

The second ticket should have no effect on your driving class and the first ticket.  If you have a basis for defending the second ticket do that.  However, if your defense is not extremely solid, it might be best to either look at your options for paying the fine or looking into the possibility of not admitting responsibility and asking the prosecutor what options you have.
