Depending on your BAC (blood alcohol count), for a second DUI in PA the penalties range from: 5 days in jail minimum; $300 - $2,500 fine; and a 12 month suspension up to o 90 days in jail minimum; $1,555 fine; and an 18 month suspension.

You need to consult with an attorney experienced in these matters.  They may be able to get the charge dismissed on a technicality, or at least reduced.
