I am a lawyew in CT and practice in this area of the law.  You need to hire a lawyer and turn yourself in.  If you are pulled over the police will take you to jail and you will have to deal with it thern and there.  If you have a lawyer he can explain to the State's atty why you did not appear and try to make a deal for you.  Usually, you have a better chance getting a deal with a lawyer than without one.  Hire one tomorrow.
