What is my legal recourse for a lender that disclosed personal, private info concerning my debt to several third parties (family, friends, neighbors)?

Question Details:A lender disclosed personal, private info concerning my debt and openly discussed with several third parties people (family, friends, neighbors) that credit information. What Arizona laws forbid / govern this act?

Most of the rules on this are federal statutes and regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, among others.  Unless there was some very unusual situation, the lender probably violated more than one of these, and I'd recommend that you talk to an attorney about pursuing this.  One thing that the lawyer will need is a copy of the lender's privacy policy, which should already have been provided to you if you're the lender's customer.
