Am I entitled to any compensation for personal injury regarding intentional physical harm by a employer?

Question Details:I was attacked by my restaurant manager while I was at work on the clock. He attacked me on the bases of me saying "words" to him that he didn't like because he felt his ego or manhood was challenged. So I left the premises of my job and left unseen to avoid my manager. After getting to the front of the building about to leave, my manager busted open the front door of the restaurant and walked towards me. He then punched me in the back of my head. I fell and my manager proceeded to kick me in the chest, punched me again, and kicked me in the chest.

You may sue the manager, since he attached you. You may also sue the restaurant, since their agent or employee (the manager) attacked you. Note that what you can sue for is related to your medical bills and the degree of harm you suffered; if you were fortunate enough to not be badly injured, there would not be much to sue for.
