Can a water company charge the same about for sewer as they do for water with no way of monitoring the amount used?
Question Details:They charge for sewer that I'm not using. If my water bill is $30, they charge $30 for sewer . If my water is $20 , my sewer is $20 ,They have no way of knowing the amount I use and was told. That is how they do it because there is no way to monitor how much I use, with all my dogs and plants; I know I am not using their sewer as much as my water.
