I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  Generally, any criminal conviction may be expunged.  You need to obtain an application and fill it out.  You can obtain the application on-line.  You will need letters of recommendation from people who are aware of your crime and have known you for a while.  I suggest hiring a lawyer to assist you with the application as there is a writing portion that you want to make your best.
