Yes.  North Carolina is one of the few states that still allows suits for both alienation of affections and criminal conversation.

Alienation of affections is a lawsuit for ruining your marriage:  you would have to prove that you had a good, happy marriage, until she came between you and your husband.

Criminal conversation, despite the name, is a civil lawsuit, for having sex with your spouse, and it doesn't matter if she didn't know.

With a good lawyer, a North Carolina jury can be persuaded to award substantial damages for these kinds of claims, on the right facts.  And the love child greatly simplifies your proof problems here.
