Can my brother hold bouncer(s) at bar responsible for bar fight?

Question Details:My brother and 2 friends ended up in a confrontation at a bar. The bouncers shoved my brothers 2 friends out the front door while 2 other bouncers carried my brother out the back door along with the men they were arguing with. The bouncers then blocked the doors and allowed a fight to take place between the 3 men and my brother. Due to their actions he was isolated form any help and they made no effort to stop the fight. Can he hold them legally responsible for the injuries he received?

There is a very good chance that he can, since they took steps that practically guaranteed a fight would occur on uneven odds (had they thrown all 6 out the same door then simply not allowed them back in, the bouncers would be standing on better ground). It sounds like it would be worthwhile for your brother to consult with a local personal injury attorney (note: many attorneys will provide a free or reduced price initial consultation) with whom he can share all details, including the details of his injuries.
