The question is what is your son telling you about his visits?  Is he actually scared?  What does he say happens there?  If your son articulates a reasonable basis for him to be scared and facts demonstrating that he is in an environment that places his safety and well being at risk, then you may have good grounds to argue that your son's visits to his mother's should be supervised.  You may want to discuss this with your wife and then hire a lawyer if you believe that your son's safety is a issue and his mother  appears to have a problem.  Most lawyers will give you a free initial consultation.
