It is not possible to predict the amount of your compensation.  The amount of your claim will depend on a number of factors such as the nature and extent of your injuries as documented in the medical reports,  amount of your medical bills including an estimate of the cost of future medical treatment, wage loss, cost of transportation based on the number of visits to the doctor and mileage to the doctor, compensation for pain and suffering, etc.  When you present your claim to the insurance company, the insurance company will respond with a lower figure.  If your case can't be settled with the insurance company, proceed with a lawsuit for negligence.  You need to be cognizant of the statute of limitations for personal injury claims in Colorado.  If your lawsuit is not filed prior to the expiration of the statute of limitations, you may lose your rights forever in the matter.
