How much is an impairment percentage worth from workers comp?
Question Details:I just received a 2% whole body impairment. What is this worth? The claim is in KY and I made $90,000 last year. Can I ask for lost wages also? I was on restricted duty for a while and lost a lot of wages because of being restricted. Is there an official web site that has these answers in plain English?
