The maximim penalty for attempted robbery is three years,  The maximum penalty for attempted burglary is three years (if residential) or eighteen months (if commercial).  So the total maximum is likely six years if the charge involves a residence and four years six months if it's a business or other location.  The conspiracy is not likely to add additional time if it related to the other two charges (See California Penal Code section 654).  Good luck.

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  The time in jail all depends on the facts and circumstances and whether there are any victims/injuries.  Generally, you can expect these charge to consist of jal time in the 5-10 year range.  However, without more facts I cannot give you a more definitive answer.  I suggest that you hire a lawyer to make a deal as you may be able to get off with less time.
