I got several traffic tickets, including a DUI, what do I do now?

Question Details:Sunday morning I was driving home from a friend's house. I had a few drinks around 12-1 in the morning and I fell asleep for about 4 hours or so. When I woke up I decided to head home. I was speeding and not thinking and got pulled over. I got a speeding ticket, operating vehicle after consumption charge, and a minor consumption. I have never been in trouble and have to clue what to do about this. Please help.

Although I do not practice law in the State of Arkansas, here are my initial impressions.  Many states have a much lower limit for alcohol consumption for minors when compared to individuals over the age of 21.  Not surprisingly, the legal consequences for minors driving over the legal limit are often considerably more severe.  I suggest that you hire a criminal defense attorney as soon as possible in the interest of obtaining the most favorable resolution of this matter possible.  Good luck.
