Question Details:I RECIEVED A LETTER STATING I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE FROM EEOC BUT I AM HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A LAWYER TO TAKE THE CASE. I HAVE FOUND ONE BUT THEY WANT OVER $5000 TO START I DONT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO BEFORE MY DEADLINE IS UP?

You really should have legal representation on this.  Since money is an issue, see if you qualify for Legal Aid or see if they can recommend someone to help you.  Also, check if there is a law school nearby to where you live; they typically run free/low cost clinics that handle these type cases.  Additionally, contact the local Bar Association in your county; they may have a list of attorneys who will take your case "pro bono" (for free) or that will possibly take your case for a reduced fee based on your income/circumstances. Finally, you can go to our site, www.AttorneyPages.com
