If I notified the landlord of mold and was told that they don't have money to fix the problem, should I move is the landlord responsible for my moving costs?
Question Details:I reported to Section 8 and the landlord told Section 8 they couldn't afford to fix this issue. Section 8 has to make me move. I am unemployed and this will cause a major hardship for my family.

If the landlord refuses to have the mold issues remediated at your rental, you need to consult with your contact person with the section 8 housing authority with respect to the mold issue you are writing about.
The representative will require the mold remediation by the landlord or he/she will lose the section 8 housing status for the rental.
