I can prepare a Quit Claim Deed or a Grant Deed for you.   However, you should discuss this situation with an attorney.   There are many legal implications of such a transfer that you should consider.   This is probably the most valuable investment you own and it should only be made after you have considered all of the alternatives.

Contact my office if you would like to discuss it further.

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  You can simply do this by what is called a Quit Claim deed.  I suggest that you find a lawyer to draft a simple quit claim deed for you to sign over to your daughter.  she can then record it on the landrecords and will own what you own.  A lawyer's fee for this should not be more than $350.00
