Which business structure should I choose?
Question Details:I offer ESL and other languages training to corporations. My plan eventually is to open a training facility(school). I need to register my business and I do not know which structure would fit my current needs. I have read advantages and disadvantages of solo proprietorship and LLC. Please advice.
