The hotel, however, is not going to show you the video unless they have to. I suggest that you do nothing and do not respond to the hotel. Force the hotel to file a lawsuit against you. if they do, then you should hire a lawyer in Pompano Beach, FL to represent you. The lawyer, once the suit is filed, may force the hotel to produce the tape so that you can determine whether the hotel has sufficient evidence to win. Until suit is filed, just sit tight.
