The matters facing our clients are extremely important. Accordingly, we give each and every case individual attention and care. This includes calling clients back in a timely manner and maintaining a high attention to detail. We utilize modern technology and economies of scale to offer our legal services with efficiency. This philosophy, coupled with a strong work ethic, helps us to obtain the best possible outcome for our clients.

HISTORY
James Manning attended Rockhurst University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. After receiving degrees in Business Management and Law, he moved to New York to practice business and real estate law. After deciding to start a family, he moved back to Kansas City with his wife. Mr. Manning then gained additional experience by practicing as a civil litigator at a well known insurance defense firm. He learned from several exceptional attorneys during this time and gained hands on experience preparing numerous civil cases for trial.
Mr. Manning subsequently started this firm to help individuals with their litigation needs. He represents litigants in a broad range of personal injury, construction, contract, workers compensation, premises liability, products liability and insurance related matters. He has particular experience representing litigants in personal injury matters arising out of automobile and trucking accidents.
Mr. Manning is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Missouri. He is a member of the Kansas City Missouri Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Manning grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Rockhurst High School where he was a letterman in football and baseball. Mr. Manning lives with his family in Kansas City North, near Gladstone and Liberty. He is an avid reader and sports fan. He helps coach little league baseball and works with pitchers. He enjoys playing tennis, hiking, cycling and cooking.
