What are our options regarding a business that didn't verify a credit card transaction?
Question Details: A cosmetic surgery company, knowing that my sister has a history of mental illness, gave her a liposuction surgery regardless. The business then accepted a credit card from her that did not belong to her; it was our parents' credit card. I would like to tell the company to reverse the transaction on my parents' card. Do I have the legal merit to do so? Will fault fall on my sister or the company for being negligent?
