Can I get terminated with no proof of an accused action?
Question Details: I have been having getting harassed by my supervisor every since I complained about his threats to reprimand me for just about anything. My supervisor said they were informed that I was damaging materials even though I had been operating my machine for 7 months. We went to human resource and they tried to get me to sign an misconduct incident. I then asked to see the damaged material but they said that the only way I could see it was to sign the write-up. I refused to sign and 2 hours later I was terminated.
