Do I have a case for medical malpractice regarding forced treatment?

Question Details: My foot was slightly injured yesterday after swimming at a beach. I was then "forced" treatment once an ambulance arrived. The paramedic attempted to hold me down, despite my telling her of some conditions I have that would cause myself to panic. Her response, "I don't care". She stopped the ambulance and an officer entered; he assured me I would not be tied down. After arriving at the hospital they once again attempted to tie me down. Since I refused, 6-8 nurses proceeded to force my limbs down causing about 30 bruises all over my body. My elbow was also injured which affects my job seeing as I am a dishwasher. I refused any and all treatment since the ambulance first arrived. Can I sue?
